2023-24 as a Sophomore: Appeared in 33 games with three starts… Recorded 107 points, 67 rebounds, 33 assists, 33 steals and nine rebounds… Played more at the point due to injuries on the team… Scored a season-high nine points on three made threes vs. Seton Hall (11/22)… Scored five-or-more points 11 times on the season… Recorded three-plus steals five times… Shot over 40 percent on 22 three point attempts.

2022-23 as a Freshman: Appeared in all 33 games... Scored 17 points against UNCW... Also added three steals against the Seahawks... Recorded six rebounds against High Point... Recorded four steals at Temple (1/11)... Hit nine triples on the year including three during conference play.

Prep: Lettered under head coach Nicole Meyers at Southeast Raleigh High School as well as playing for head coach Arne Morris on the Carolina Flames. Helped lead the Bulldogs to a 27-1 record and a co-State Championship during her sophomore season. That year, Smith and her squad beat a pair of nationally ranked squads at the She Got Game Tournament and Smith was named Honorable Mention All-Conference.
