Kelsey Leaper joined the Swimming & Diving Staff in 2025 as a student manager/assistant. Her role with the program has grown throughout her time with the Pirates. She has played an integral part in assisting the coaching staff with all aspects of the program, especially daily operation. As an aspiring collegiate coach her prior coaching experience and dedicated work ethic have been beneficial to the program.
