Abby joins East Carolina University as Assistant Volleyball Coach and Director of Volleyball Operations, bringing more than 15 years of coaching, analytics, and operational experience across high school, club, and Division I volleyball.

Prior to ECU, Abby served as Technical Coordinator at the University of North Dakota during the 2025 season, where she oversaw practice and match technology operations, including DataVolley, VolleyMetrics, video workflows, and live match coding. She produced scouting and statistical reports, conducted opponent analysis utilizing R Studio, and worked closely with the coaching staff on match preparation, tactical planning, recruiting operations, and the day-to-day management of a high-performance Division I program.

Abby also brings extensive club and high school coaching experience, including 10 seasons with Minnesota Select Volleyball Club and three seasons at Maple Grove Senior High School. Since 2023, she has been actively involved in the USA Volleyball High Performance pipeline, contributing to elite athlete development through regional and national events while serving as an assistant coach with High Performance NCR All-Stars.

A former NCAA student-athlete, Abby earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from North Central University and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from Southeastern University.
