Austen Prager is in his third season working as the Director of Football Video Operations at East Carolina University a position he started in 2022.

In his current role, Prager handles all film and technology for the football office while also managing coaches’ film, scouting of opposing teams, analyzing film breakdown and manages film exchange software.

A 10-year veteran in the video production field, Prager began his career working at South Florida where he worked on staff as the assistant video coordinator. He has also previously worked for the National Football League and National Hockey League capturing live content.

Prager, who is a member of the Collegiate Sports Video Association, graduated from USF in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and a focus on TV production.
