Ellie Upshaw was named Associate Director of Ticket Services at East Carolina University Athletics in February 2026.
Upshaw earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and MIS from East Carolina University in May 2025, where she developed a strong foundation in sport management and fan engagement through internships with the ECU Football Recruiting Department and the ECU Athletic Ticket Office. Upshaw has built an extensive background in athletics through a variety of hands-on experiences across multiple organizations.
Prior to her current role, Upshaw served within the ECU Athletic Ticket Office, where she played a key role in managing ticket operations, enhancing customer service experiences, and supporting high-demand game day environments as the ATO Administrative Assistant.
