Kelsey Leaper

Kelsey Leaper joined the Swimming & Diving Staff in 2025 as a volunteer grad student. Her role with the program has grown throughout her time with the Pirates. She has played an integral part in assisting the coaching staff with all aspects of the program, especially daily operation.
Prior to ECU Leaper has spent time as an assistant at Florida Polytech University, while also serving as the head coach for the university club team. More recently she has worked closely with NC State Swim Camp, and East Carolina Aquatics as an assistant coach.
As an aspiring collegiate coach her dedication to improving her craft, and willingness to learn and, work ethic have been beneficial to the program.
