Maddi Lamm returns to East Carolina University as the head cheerleading coach, a position she officially began on December 9, 2024. Lamm replaced Susie Glynn, who retired in November of 2024 after serving as the head coach for 23 years.

Lamm, an ECU Cheer alumnus, was a member of the all-girl team during the 2014-15 campaign before becoming a member of the coed squad for three years (2015-17). She is certified in USA Cheer Safety & Risk Management and Athlete Protection.

After graduating from East Carolina University, she served as an assistant coach from 2018-2024 where she oversaw the all-girl squad and mascot appearances while also assisting with gameday and the competition team. Lamm was integral in the choreography of the routine that won ECU the 2021 NCA Intermediate Large Coed National Championship.

Lamm, a native of Wilson, N.C. is married to Parker Lamm, a three-year Pirate baseball letterman (2014-16). The couple resides in Greenville and are the proud parents of their son, Tatum.
