Taryn joined the ECU Football staff as the Recruiting Graduate Assistant in June 2024. In her current role, she assists with prospect official/unofficial visits, recruiting logs, external recruiting plans, prospect transitional tasks (admissions, campus, and NCAA), as well as communicates across various athletics departments, including, but not limited to: ticketing, compliance, and operations. Â

Smith is a native of Ohio and a graduate of Ohio Northern University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Sport Management degree in May 2023. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Sport Management at ECU.
