Season tickets for the 2008 East Carolina University football season are now on-sale. The 2008 football season ticket package includes the Virginia Tech game in Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium on August 30 and all five home games in Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. All Pirate Club season ticket renewals and new orders must be made by the May 1 priority deadline.
Coming off a successful 2007 season that was capped by a bowl win over nationally-ranked Boise State, ECU anticipates another sell-out of its 21,000 season ticket allotment in 2008. All fans who bought season tickets last year are strongly encouraged to order by May 1, 2008.
Game Designations:
September 6 - West Virginia (Pirate Club Weekend)
September 27 - Houston (Family Weekend/Band Day)
October 18 - Memphis (Hall of Fame-Letterwinners Weekend/Military Appreciation Day)
November 8 - Marshall (Homecoming)
November 29 - UTEP (Senior Day/Academic Success Day)
Pricing for 2008:
Pirate Club priority season tickets - $250
ECU Faculty/Staff season tickets - $200
Economy Plan season tickets - $175
Young Graduates season tickets - $150
Individual game prices are $55 for Virginia Tech and West Virginia, and $35 each for the four Conference USA games.
To Pirate Club Members & 2007 Football Season Ticket Holders:
The Athletics Ticket Office has established an online renewal process for existing season ticket holders and new applications for Pirate Club members. Customers wishing to order season tickets with a credit card may do so by clicking the renewals link above and logging in. Paper applications will be mailed in late March. The priority deadline is May 1.
Monthly Payment Plan:
Season ticket holders will once again be able to purchase season tickets using the monthly payment plan. This plan is a six-month payment plan (May-October) and is NOT available on-line. Those wishing to take advantage of this option should return the specific monthly payment plan application with their football ticket application. Your order must be placed prior to the May 1 priority deadline to utilize this service. There is a $5 per month fee for this process ($30 total).
Seating Locations:
All lower-level season tickets in Dowdy-Ficklen stadium will be assigned to Pirate Club Members only. If you are a current season ticket holder or a Pirate Club member and would like to request additional seats, please do so prior to the May 1 priority deadline. If you did not have season tickets last year or are not a member of the Pirate Club, you may still purchase season tickets. Seating for non-Pirate Club season ticket requests will be filled on a subject to availability basis and will be located in the upper deck. Orders must be received by the May 1 order deadline. All seating will be assigned based on the Pirate Club Priority Point system.
