GREENVILLE, N.C. - East Carolina Head Baseball Coach Billy Godwin announced Monday that the Pirates have added a single-game with the Richmond Spiders to their 2009 schedule.
The game, which will be played on Tuesday, March 17 at 6 p.m. at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium, was added to compensate for the loss of the Mar. 1 game between ECU and College of Charleston due to inclement weather.
In addition to the Richmond game this week, ECU (11-4) will play host to Norfolk State (Mar. 18 at 6 p.m.) and will open Conference USA play with a three-game series against UCF starting on Friday, Mar. 20 at 7 p.m.
Baseball season ticket holders can use any of the tickets that have not been used from games 1-13 for admission to the Richmond contest. If you no longer have possession of any of these tickets, you can stop by the ECU Athletics Ticket Office and have your season ticket reprinted.
The Clark-LeClair Stadium box office will open at 4:30 p.m. Single-game tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for youth ages 12-and-under and $3 each for groups of 20 or more.
