GREENVILLE, N.C. -On the heels of its first Conference USA series win of the season, the East Carolina baseball team enters this week's action ranked No. 26 by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA).
The Pirates (20-12, 3-3) moved up one spot in the NCBWA poll and are receiving votes in the USA Today/ESPN Coaches poll for the third-straight week.
This week's ranking extends the Pirates streak to 28-straight weeks ranked in at least one national poll dating back to the start of the 2009 season.
