
Pirates Garner Votes In CSCAA Poll

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina University men's and women's swimming and diving teams are each receiving votes in the latest College Swimming Coaches Association of America poll, which was released earlier this week. The next poll will be released February 17, 2010.
The men are ranked among the nation's top 50 teams, while the women's squad was one of 63 teams to garner votes from members of the College Swimming Coaches Association of America.
The Pirate men (5-1) have won five consecutive dual meets since dropping their season-opener at North Carolina. The ladies have won four dual meets in a row and have compiled a 5-2 record.
East Carolina hosts Old Dominion on Saturday, Jan. 15 at 1 p.m. at Minges Natatorium. Admission to the meet is free.
