? East Carolina and Central Connecticut met for the fourth time and the first since Jan. 20, 1987. The Pirates are now 3-1 against the Blue Devils, including an unblemished mark of 3-0 at home.
? East Carolina improved to 10-6 all-time against current members of the Northeast Conference. The Pirates have won four in a row versus NEC members dating back to the 2000-01 season.
? East Carolina is 24-8 in November games under head coach Jeff Lebo.
? East Carolina improved to 34-9 at home against non-conference opponents since the 2010-11 season.

? Michel Nzege matched his career-high with 18 points and became the first player in school history to make nine field goals without a miss.
? Lance Tejada scored double figures for the third time this season with 14 points. He made four 3s for the first time in his collegiate career, one more than his season total entering the game.
? B.J. Tyson scored double figures for the third straight game and for the fifth time overall this season. He is tied for the team lead with five double figure scoring games this year.
