They Said It
"Terrific win for our guys. Defensively we were outstanding. To hold somebody to 20 percent and nine percent from 3, that's pretty good. Some of it was good defense, some of it was they just had a horrendous night shooting the basketball.
Andre Washington on his performance"I just started off really well and my team saw that so they just kept feeding me the ball."
Caleb White on Andre Washington"It takes a little bit of the pressure off knowing you could just go in and feed it in there when he's scoring like he is at will."
Next Tip-Off
The Pirates return to action Tuesday, Nov. 22, against Florida A&M in their second game of the Savannah Invitational. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum.
