Williams received the American Athletic Conference Freshman of the Week award after a career-high 34 points against Savannah State last week. Senior Thais Oliveira is second on the team in scoring with 11.0 points per contest while also leading the team in rebounds with 7.9 per game. Oliveira is also tied for first in the AAC in blocked shots per game (1.8) and in second in total blocks (23).

ECU is also second in the conference in steals (11.5) and blocked shots per game (4.5). The Pirates are also second in the AAC in offensive rebounds averaging 16.7 per contest.

Cincinnati completed non-conference play eight days ago with a 75-51 win over Bowling Green on Dec. 21. The Bearcats have three players scoring double-digits with junior Nikira Goings leading the team at 13.4 per contest. Iimar'i Thomas and Shanice Johnson are averaging 11.8 and 10.8 points per game, respectively. Four-year starter Ana Owens is contributing 9.9 points per game.
