ECU Heads To Raleigh For The Wolfpack Intercollegiate

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The ECU men's golf team will return to action this weekend when it heads to Raleigh in the Wolfpack Intercollegiate, hosted by NC State University.
This tournament will be played par-72, 7,358-yard Lonnie Poole Golf Course, located on the school's Centennial Campus. The action will get under way 36 holes starting at 8:30 a.m. ET Saturday, and finish with 18 holes Sunday.
Freshman Andrew Beechler will play from the No. 1 position for coach Andrew Sapp's Pirates. Juniors Blake Taylor and Patrick Stephenson will play from the No. 2 and No. 3 spots followed by Stephen Carroll and Tim Bunten from the fourth and fifth position. Freshman Attie Giles and junior Logan Shuping will compete as individuals.
The Pirates will compete as part of a loaded 15-team field at the Wolfpack Intercollegiate this weekend that features: Campbell, George Mason, Georgia State, High Point, Jacksonville, Lipscomb, Loyola (Md.), Maryland, NC State, Southern Miss, UNCG, UNCW, Virginia Tech and Wofford
