ECU-Utah Game Suspended Until Saturday At 2:30 P.M.

GREENVILLE, N.C. – ECU officials announced that Game Two of the 2019 LeClair Classic between Utah and No. 9 ECU has been suspended and will resume Saturday, March 2 at 2:30 p.m. (ET) at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium

With the scored knotted at four-all in the middle of the sixth inning, rain halted the contest at 5:10 p.m. with ECU coming to bat. The Pirates jumped out to an early 4-0 lead scoring a run in the second on Bryant Packard's RBI single that plated Bryson Worrell and three in the third, which came on five consecutive singles.

Utah pulled even at four-all in the contest with a three-run fourth frame and added another run in the sixth just before the game was suspended.

ECU officials also announced game time changes for the rest of the weekend:

2:30 P.M. – ECU vs. Utah (resumption of today's game)
ECU vs. Wright State (45 minutes after the conclusion of ECU vs. Utah)

Sunday
