"Both teams are excited to compete this weekend," Director of Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country Curt Kraft said. "This is obviously the one meet where everybody wants to do their best. We feel like we have had some great practices over the last couple weeks and are very well rested and focused to compete at a very high level. I always preach to her teams, we can only control what we can control. Both teams are feeling very good about themselves and are very confident and enthusiastic and energetic about the upcoming weekend."
