WILMINGTON, N.C. – East Carolina is seeking its first road win of the season on Tuesday night when the Pirates visit Trask Coliseum to take on UNC Wilmington at 7 p.m.

Javon Small leads the Pirates in scoring with 17.7 points per game and 5.9 assists per game while Brandon Johnson leads the team in rebounding with 8.8 boards per game. RJ Felton is averaging 12.9 points per game on 40 percent shooting from behind the arc.

Last Time Out
RJ Felton scored a career-high 25 points on 9-of-14 shooting and added four rebounds as East Carolina outlasted Campbell 79-69 to snap a two-game skid on Friday night at Williams Arena in Minges Coliseum. The Pirates built a 22-point lead with 6:48 remaining the second half before holding off a furious rally from Campbell to secure the win. Three other Pirates joined Felton in double figure scoring in Brandon Johnson (16), Jaden Walker (13) and Ezra Ausar (10). ECU is 3-2 in games this season where they have four players score in double figures.

Series History
Both programs have a storied history with one another as UNC Wilmington leads the series 38-29. The teams have traded wins in the last five meetings, capped off by a thrilling 88-78 overtime win by the Pirates in Minges Coliseum on Dec. 7, 2020.

Scouting the Seahawks
UNCW is coming off a tight 60-58 win at Coastal Carolina on Nov. 30. After dropping three of their first four games, the Seahawks have started to find their stride, winning five straight games coming into Tuesday's matchup. Trazarien White leads the Seahawks in scoring with 12 points per game.
