April 15, 2022 | Track & Field
GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina track and field program heads to the University of South Carolina Saturday to take part in the Gamecock Invitational at the Sheila and Morris Creger Track
Â
"Both teams are very excited about going back to the University of South Carolina meet this weekend," Director of Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country Curt Kraft said. "It's always exciting to compete at an SEC school. We have been to this meet many times before and have come out with some good results. As I've stated many times before, the weather is always a big factor in how we perform. Hopefully we will get some warm weather this weekend. We have had a good week of practice and we are prepared to go into this weekend with a lot of energy enthusiasm."
