EDISTO ISLAND, S.C. — The East Carolina women's golf team returns to action on Monday when the Pirates tee off at the Edisto Island Invitational hosted by the College of Charleston in Edisto Island, S.C. The two-day, 54-hole event will be held at the par-71, 5,980-yard Plantation Course at Edisto.

Both days will be a shotgun start with the teams teeing off at 9 a.m. on Monday and 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

East Carolina is coming off its second straight seventh place finish as the team shot 35-over par 875 at the Evie Odom Invitational last weekend. ECU will use a lineup consisting of Danielle Modder, Nicole Nash, Ella Stalvey, Marta Perez and Macie Burcham while Oda Sofie Kilsti will compete as an individual.

The Pirates will compete against 15 teams including Appalachian State, Charleston Southern, College of Charleston, Elon, Georgia Southern, Jacksonville, Lipscomb, Longwood, Rollins, The Citadel, Towson, UAB, Western Carolina, William & Mary and Wofford.
