GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina women's basketball team hits the road to Richmond to take on the VCU Rams on Tuesday at 6 p.m. The game will be available for streaming on ESPN+.

Last Time Out
The Pirates put up an historical beat down against USC Upstate on Thursday, winning by 70 points. The Pirates forced 46 turnovers and amassed 32 steals in the game. All 12 active players scored for the team with four scoring in double figures led by Amiya Joyner with 18 and Danae McNeal with 17. Joyner also put up eight rebounds, four steals and two blocks while McNeal had seven steals of her own.

Scouting the Rams
VCU is off to a stellar start with comfortable wins at home against Hofstra and on the road against William & Mary. Sarah Te-Biasu, as she was a season ago, is still a tremendous player as she leads the team with 19.5 points per game, including a 27-point outing against William & Mary. Mary-Anna Arare and Timaya Lewis-Eutsey are both scoring in double figures as well while Mykel Parham leads the charge with 18 rebounds on the season.

The Pirates and Rams have met often over the years with a 16-13 ECU lead in the series, including a 69-51 home victory last season led by a 17-point outing for Danae McNeal.
