GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina women's basketball team returns home for Senior Day as they host the UCF Knights on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Minges Coliseum.

Last Time Out
The Pirates came back from 11 down to earn an 11-point victory at Cincinnati last time out. The team got a gutty effort from their second unit to light a spark before Danae McNeal's career-high 30 points and Amiya Joyner's 10 points and 15 rebounds helped propel the Pirates home.

Scouting UCF
The Knights have battled some growing pains under first-year head coach Sytia Messer, finding themselves just 2-9 in AAC play. The record doesn't necessarily tell the story though as the Knights have had their share of close calls and still have plenty of talent to be a dangerous team on any given night.

The Knights are led by Destiny Thomas with 11.0 points and 10.3 rebounds per game as well as 34 blocks. In addition to Thomas, fourth other UCF players averaged over 7.5 points per game.

Series History
The Pirates hold a 15-12 margin in the all-time series, including a win in the last matchup in Orlando this season. McNeal put up 27 points and four steals while Joyner had yet another double-double in the victory.
