HOUSTON, Texas – East Carolina's Ines Bachir and Xenia Jeromin represented the Purple and Gold at the American Athletic Conference Individual Championships at the George R. Brown Tennis Center in Houston.

Bachir picked up an opening-round victory in singles play before falling in the quarterfinals while Jeromin dropped her first-round bout and lost a consolation tie.

The duo teamed up to win its first doubles match but fell in the quarterfinals to complete their stay in Texas.
