
Pirates Set to Compete at Duke Invitational

GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina track & field program is set to compete at the Duke Invitational on Thursday through Saturday in Durham. Live results will be available from Flash Results.

The Pirates enter the meet after a successful home stand at the Bill Carson Invitational in which the women's squad broke the meet record with 311 points as a team. Lily Schlossberg posted the long top-10 mark of the meet with her 2:12.49 in the 800m, 10th in program history.

Elsewhere, Colin McCauley traveled to William & Mary and posted a 31:05.67 in the 10,000m, fifth in ECU history.

Schlossberg will be back in competition this weekend as will several others who won events at the Bill Carson Invite, including Melicia Mouzzon in the 100m, Sydni McMillan in the 100m hurdles, Naadiya Faison in the shot put and several others.
