GREENVILLE, N.C. – East Carolina looks to break out of its midseason slump as the Pirates host Temple on Wednesday evening inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum.

The game will be streamed via ESPN+ with Patrick Johnson (play-by-play) and Si Seymour (analyst) on the call with Matison Little reporting on the baseline. Pirate fans can also tune in to 107.9 WNCT, 94.3 The Game or download the IBX mobile app to hear Daron Vaught call the action.

Wednesday's game is the fourth and final game of the "Holiday Hoops" promotion as fans can get $8 tickets for seating in the lower-level general admission bleachers and behind-the-basket seating of the upper level.

The Pirates are led in scoring by All-AAC Preseason First Team guard RJ Felton's 17 points per game and the senior adds 6.4 rebounds per game. C.J. Walker supplies secondary scoring with 16.7 ppg and leads the team in rebounding with 7.3 per game. Jordan Riley (14.6 ppg, 6.2 rpg) and Cam Hayes (10.1 ppg, 3.9 apg) round out ECU's double figure scorers. The quartet of Felton, Walker, Riley and Hayes make up 76 percent of the Pirates' point production.

Last Time Out
C.J. Walker scored a game-high 21 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, but the Pirates could not come up with a game-tying or game-winning shot in the final seconds, losing to Florida Atlantic 78-76 inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum on Sunday afternoon. Jordan Riley added 19 points, nine rebounds and five steals for the Pirates, who have lost six of their last seven games. RJ Felton added 15 points off the bench and Jayshayne Woodard recorded 10 points and five rebounds in his second start of the season.

Scouting the Owls
Temple comes into Wednesday's game on a roll as the Owls have scored 91 points in their past two games, both of which were wins. Jamal Mashburn Jr. is one of the American's premier scorers, averaging 20.4 points per game (3rd in AAC). The Owls are also one of the top teams in the country at getting to the free throw line, averaging 26.1 attempts per game (9th in NCAA).

Series History
Temple leads the all-time series with East Carolina 11-6, but the Pirates swept the Owls last season, including winning an overtime thriller at home. ECU is 4-4 against Temple at Minges Coliseum.
