ECU Finishes Fifth At Tot Hill Farm Invitational

ASHEBORO, N.C. – The East Carolina women's golf team finished in fifth place at the Tot Hill Farm Invitational with a score of 607 (31-over) Monday afternoon. The two-day event, which was reduced to 36 holes due to weather, was being held at the par-72, 6,023-yard Tot Hill Farm Golf Club.

Nicole Nash recorded a Top 10 finish with a share of 8th place with a score of 148 (4-over), while Nichole Modder was tied for 14th after shooting a 5-over 149. Playing as an individual, Isabella Taylor-Stokes finished 23rd with a scored of 153 (9-over).

Rounding out the Pirates roster were Lisa Forss (10-over/154) for a share of 24th place, Macie Burcham (12-over/156) in a tied for 32nd and Ella Stalvey (15-over, 159) in a share of 47th place.

Host College of Charleston won the event with a score of 585 (9-over), followed by Old Dominion at 590 (14-over) and Coastal Carolina at 599 (23-over). Rounding out the Top five were Wofford (26-over/602) and East Carolina (31-over/607).

The Pirates return to action on Monday, Oct. 6 when they host the Pirate Collegiate Classic. The two-day, 54-hole event will be held at the Greenville Country Club.
