Wichita, Kan. – East Carolina embarks on a two-game road swing to continue American Conference play this week as the Pirates are set to visit Wichita State on Wednesday evening at Charles Koch Arena.

The contest will be streamed on ESPN+ with Shane Dennis (play-by-play) and Bob Hull (analyst) on the call. Pirate fans can also tune in to 107.9 WNCT FM, 94.3 The Game or download the IBX app to hear Daron Vaught call the action.

Jordan Riley leads the Pirates in scoring with 22.2 points per game (1st in American, 7th in NCAA) while Giovanni Emejuru controls the interior with 13.9 points and 9.4 rebounds (2nd in American) per game.

Last Time Out
Jordan Riley scored a game-high 23 points, but another second-half surge came up short as East Carolina fell to Charlotte, 73-70, inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum on Sunday afternoon.

Scouting the Shockers
Wichita State is coming off an 86-85 overtime win over South Florida on Sunday behind Kenyon Giles' game-high 22 points. Giles leads the Shockers in scoring with 17.9 points per game while Karon Boyd adds 11.1 points per contest. The Shockers are 8-2 at Charles Koch Arena this season with the two losses coming to DePaul and Rice.

Series History
Wichita State leads the all-time series with East Carolina 7-4, but the Pirates have gotten the better of the Shockers in recent years with a 4-1 mark under Schwartz. The Pirates have also won their last three games in Charles Koch Arena after losing their first three games played in Wichita.
