Boca Raton, Fla. – East Carolina hits the road this weekend ahead of its upcoming bye week as the Pirates visit Florida Atlantic at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena to face the Owls.
The game is scheduled for a 2 p.m. ET tip time and will be streamed on ESPN+ with Frank Forte (play-by-play) and Chris Williams (analyst) on the call and Gabrielle Haugland (sideline) reporting from the baseline. Jordan Riley continues to lead the Pirates' offense with a league-best 22.3 points per game while also averaging 1.8 steals per contest. Giovanni Emejuru anchors the interior with 13.6 points and 9.7 rebounds per game while Demitri Gardner adds 8.6 points per game on 56 percent shooting from behind the arc.

Florida Atlantic comes into Sunday off of its biggest loss of the season, a 92-65 defeat to Memphis on Thursday night. Devin Vanterpool (16.0 ppg) is one of three Owls averaging double figures, joining Kanaan Carlyle (14.7 ppg) and Isaiah Elohim (12.1 ppg). FAU is 9-1 on its home floor, averaging 90.2 points per game and defeating its opponents by a margin of 20.9 points while making 10.9 threes per game.
