
Riley Named American Conference Player of the Week

IRVING, Texas – East Carolina senior guard Jordan Riley has been named the American Conference Player of the Week according to an announcement by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Riley comes off a sensational week for the Pirates, averaging 36 points per game on 50 percent shooting from the floor. The Brentwood, N.Y. native scored a career-high 37 points on a personal-best 14 made field goals against Rice on Wednesday before following that performance with 35 points, nine rebounds and five assists in East Carolina's 76-75 road win over Florida Atlantic on Sunday.
Riley and the Pirates return to the hardwood on Saturday to battle Temple inside Minges Coliseum at noon on ESPNU.
