ECU Finishes Third At Tiger Classic

CLEMSON, S.C. – The East Carolina women's golf team posted a 4-over par 580 (295-280) finishing in third place at the 2026 Tiger Classic in its first event of the season. The one-day, 36-hole event was being played at The Walker Golf Course (par 72; 6,276 yards).
Leading the way for the Pirates was Hannah Barrett who shot a 2-under par 142 with rounds of 74 and 68 in her purple and gold debut. First year golfer Louise Krawiec finished tied for 12th after rounds of 75 and 70 for a 1-over par 145.
Lisa Forss (72-76) and Isabella Taylor-Stokes (74-74) finished tied for 20th with a 4-over 148, while Nicole Nash (76-73) and first year Pirate Hallie Wilson (74-75) carded a 149 (5-over). Rounding out the Pirates roster playing as individuals were Madison Rizzo (77-73=150/6-over) and Ella Stalvey (79-74=153/9-over) claiming a share of 31st and 38th place.
Clemson (289-290) and Augusta (293-286) finished tied for first with scores of 579 (3-over). ECU took third, followed by West Georgia (584) and East Tennessee State (586) rounding out the Top 5.
ECU returns to action on Monday, Sept. 14 hosting the Pirate Collegiate Classic, a two-day 54-hole event at the Greenville Country Club.
