2010-11 Track & Field: Ran in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs during the indoor season...Also contributed one appearance each in the outdoor 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000-meter run events.

2010-11 Cross Country: Participated in the final six races of the season after missing the opener and won first career race with ECU Pirate Invitational title...Began the year with a 15:47.5 time at the 5K Wolfpack Invitational, good for 15th overall and the 16th-fastest mark in program history...Followed with first meet win, finishing the ECU Pirate Invitational in 26:27.27...Ran career-best 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing in 25:12.37 to take 105th place...Timed out at 25:48.07 at the 8K Panorama Farms Invitational (43rd place)...Made a 13-spot improvement from 2009 at the Conference USA Championship by taking 28th with a time of 25:24 in the 8K...Ended the campaign with a 34:16.95 time at the 10K NCAA Southeast Regional (161st place).

2009-10 Cross Country: Ran in all seven of the team[apos]s meets, coming in second on the squad and sixth overall at the Seahawk Invitational and placing fifth overall out of 40 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (26:21/8K) ...Checked in sixth overall at the Campbell Invitational with a time of 12:47.8 in the 4K...Time at the Seahawk Invitational (15:35.27) is the ninth-fastest 5K in program history...Finished 32nd of 125 with season-best 8K performance of 25:35 at the Great American Cross Country Festival...At the Penn State Nationals, came in 82nd in the 8K (27:04)...Checked in 41st at the 8K Conference USA Championship with a 27:03.5 time...Ended the year with a 33:28.46 and 129th-place finish in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
