2017: Redshirted during first year in the Pirates’ program … Spent fall on developmental and scout squads, providing quality looks for defensive secondary and emulating many of the American Conference’s spread offensive attacks.

High School: Earned three letters and served as a team captain for coach Nate Conners at D.H. Conley High School … Amassed 1,756 receiving yards and scored 21 touchdowns as a senior for the Vikings … Cracked the North Carolina’s Top 5 single-game reception yards list in 2016 while also earning first-team all-conference honors as a wide receiver and second-team accolades as a defensive back … Racked up 1,200 yards and tallied 15 scores as the Vikings’ top pass-catcher during junior campaign … A first-team all-league pick as both an offensive and defensive standout in 2015 … Scored 10 TDs during sophomore season … Helped lead D.H.
