2010-11: Took a redshirt for the outdoor season ... Excelled at the C-USA Indoor Championships, capturing second in the 3,000-meter run and third in the 5,000 ... Set two school records in the mile and 3,000 with respective times of 4:50.70 and 9:27.78 ... Won a total of three event titles ... Finished fourth in the 3,000 at the prestigious Alex Wilson Invitational at Notre Dame.

2009-10: Established two indoor program records in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter run events with times of 9:36.01 and 16:31.34, respectively ... Finished second in the 3,000 at the C-USA Indoor Championships while taking third in the 5,000 ... Added two more school record performances during the outdoor season, running a 4:26.43 in the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays before producing a time of 16:25.95 at the Penn Relays in the 5,000 ... Placed fifth in the 5,000 at the C-USA Outdoor Championships as well as 33rd at the NCAA East Regional in Greensboro.

2009: Set school 5,000 meter outdoor record at the Penn Relays with a 16:33.18 mark and ninth place finish ... Also competed in the CUSA Outdoor Championship where she placed 12th and the NCAA East Regional.

2008: Track and Field: Participated indoor in the mile, 1,000 and 3,000- meter runs ... Finished in seventh-place at the Conference USA Indoor Championship in the mile with a time of 5:00.79 and in 12th-place in the 3,000-meters with a time of 10:08.93 ... Ran the outdoor 800- and 3,000-meter events.

2007: Cross Country: Was the top Pirate finisher in every meet as a freshman ... Had her best time at the Pirate Invitational, where she finished in 17:59 ... Meet winner of the Seahawk Invitational, NC State Invitational and Pirate Invitational ... Finished in 17th-place at the Conference USA Championship.

High School: Holds school records in numerous events (1,000, 1,500, 1,600, 3,200, 5,000 and 8,000-meter races) ... Earned eight varsity letters, four each in cross country and track and field ... Served as captain of the cross country and track and field squads her senior year ... Turned in a fifth-place finish at the state meet her junior season as well as finishing in second-place in the 1,600-meter and fifth-place in the 3,200-meter run at the track and field state competition ...
