2023-24: Indoor - Did not compete. Outdoor - Competed at six meets… Finished in the top 10 five times with a best finish of fourth in the hammer throw at the Bill Carson Invitational… Took eighth, scoring a point in the hammer at the American Outdoor Championships.

2022-23: Indoor - Competed at all five meets... Placed eighth in the weight throw at the AAC Championships. Outdoor - Competed six times... Had six top-10 finishes... Scored points in the hammer at the AAC Championships, finishing sixth.

2022 at UNC: Set a PR in the weight throw at the ACC Indoor Championships where she finished 18th. Did not compete outdoors.

2021 at UNC: Earned a PR in the hammer at the Virginia Invitational... Placed 18th in the weight throw indoor, 20th in the shot put indoor, and 18th in the hammer throw outdoor at the ACC Championships.

2020 at Nevada: Indoors, earned two new personal bests in the shot put and the weight throw which she got both at the Boise State Challenge... Earned a shot put personal best of 12.90m while her weight throw personal best is 14.59m... Earned two top-5 finishes during the indoor season... Competed in every meet during the season.. Outdoor season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 at Nevada: Competed 10 times across indoor and outdoor... Set PRs in the discus and shot put outdoors... Finished 13th in the shot and 20th in the hammer at the Mountain West Outdoor championships.

Prep: Attended Santa Clara HS in Santa Clara, Calif. where she was Student Body President... Broke a school shot put record.

Personal: Daughter of Dawn and Brian... Has six siblings: Sarah, Vashti, John, Luke, David and Gabriel... Graduated from UNC with a degree in psychology with a minor in conflict management.
