2021-22: Competed 11 times across indoor and outdoor.
2020-21: Competed five times outdoors.
2019-20: Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed sixth at both the Darius Dixon Memorial and American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Placed eighth in both the 200 and 400-meter races at the Doc Hale Elite Meet … Finished 15th in the 200-meter preliminaries at the AAC Indoor Championships.
High School: Virginia 4A state champion in the 400-meter dash as a junior ... Also won the 200 and 400-meter dash regional titles his junior season ... Garnered the Coaches Award as a senior.
Personal: Son of Sally and Stan... Has two siblings, twin Carli and Lilly.
