
Four ECU Swimmers Headed to U.S. Open

Parker earned Conference USA swimmer of the week honors three times this fall. She posted the conference's top times in the 100 freestyle (52.41), 100 butterfly (54.66), 200 butterfly (2:01.87) and 200 individual medley (2:02.37).
Williams had C-USA's top time in the 200 backstroke (2:03.57) and 400 IM (4:25.21) while Gordon posted the second best time in the 200 butterfly (2:03.81) and third best time in the 100 butterfly (56.95).
Cronin paced the men's team in the fall posting the team's top times in the 100 freestyle (46.62), 200 freestyle (1:40.17), 500 freestyle (4:40.88), 1000 freestyle (9:53.30) and 200 IM (1:52.44).
Both men's and women's swimming and diving teams finished the fall dual meet season at 5-1. ECU's team competition picks back up in January when the Pirates travel to Virginia Tech on Jan. 17.
