
Men's Golf Finishes 12th at Furman Intercollegiate

Twenty-two teams and 120 individuals competed in the three-day event. Virginia Tech was crowned the champion of the tournament for the third straight year.
East Carolina finished the tournament with a three-round score of 901, 37 strokes over par and 32 strokes behind the winner. The Pirates shot a 297 in round one and finished up with scores of 306 and 298 in rounds two and three.
Jason Harris was the top finisher for ECU. He finished at 221, five strokes over par.
East Carolina will return home this weekend, March 28-29 when they host the Bradford Creek Intercollegiate at the Bradford Creek Golf Course in Greenville, N.C.
