In addition, Jordan and ECU head coach Tom Morris both were among recipients of the league's Sportsmanship Award.
Playing primarily at No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles, Jordan was integral in ECU's fifth-place finish at the 2003 Conference USA championships. She helped ECU post a 16-8 record this spring, matching the program's all-time high.
Jordan, a native of Johannesburg, South Africa, led the team in singles victories with a 20-9 record for 2002-03. She was 14-8 in dual match competition, including a 2-1 record against C-USA opponents.
She finished off her collegiate career with a dramatic, match-winning victory against Cincinnati in the C-USA championships. Against the Bearcats, she rallied from a 5-2 deficit in the third game for a come-from-behind 6-2, 4-6, 7-5 victory that provided the winning point in ECU's 4-3 team win.
Both Jordan and Morris were among the honorees for the league's Sportsmanship Award, which recognizes student-athletes, coaches or teams that perform an individual act of sporting behavior or generally conduct themselves with a high degree of good sportsmanship.
The C-USA awards were selected by a vote of the league's head coaches.
