
Swimming Adds Three Lady Pirates in Early Signing Period

"We are really happy with the three women we signed." Kobe said. "This is a very talented group of women that will be a great addition to our swimming team. We're still planning on signing at least five or six more women during the spring."
Morgan Ley (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry HIll H.S.) swims for the Burlington County YMCA in Mt. Laurel, NJ. under the direction of Bill Sepich. Ley swims the 100 and 200 breaststroke in times that already rank in the Pirate women's all-time top ten. She is also made the Junior National cuts in both the 100 and 200 last year.
Adriane Leah Wiltraut (Chester Springs, P.A./Downingtown East H.S.) swims for the Upper Main Line YMCA coached by James Conlon. Wiltraut was a National Qualifier in the breaststroke and is considered one of the top breastsrokers in Pennsylvania.
Allison Miller from Orlando, FL. rounds out the early signess for the Lady Pirates. Miller swims the backstroke, individual medley and the sprint free for the Y-Team in Orlando under coach Chuck Burges. As a U.S. Open qualifier in the 100 and 200 backstroke, Miller also claimed the Florida class 3A championship in the 100 backstroke and was a finalist in the 200 IM.
ECU wraps up its fall season Dec. 2-4 at the U.S. Open in San Antonio, Texas.
