Icenhower Named C-USA Diver-of-the-Week

IRVING, Texas - East Carolina's Christie Icenhower is this week's Conference USA Diver-of-the-Week. Icenhower took first in the 3-meter diving event at the prestigious Nike Cup in Chapel Hill, N.C. The senior broke her own ECU record with her score of 336.65.

She is the first diver in school history to win the event at the Nike Cup. Earlier this season, Icenhower qualified for the NCAA Regionals for a fourth consecutive season.

The weekly award is the sixth of Icenhower's career, her second honor in 2007-08 (10/23).
