ECU-UAB Series Salutes Military Personnel

GREENVILLE, N.C. - East Carolina Athletics has announced that this weekends Conference USA baseball series against UAB has been designated as Military Appreciation Weekend.
Any active or retired military personnel and their families can receive half-price admission all weekend. Ticket prices are $3 for adults and $1 for children (12 and under). The baseball team will wear a special military edition hat on Saturday that will be available for fans to purchase at the Dowdy Student Stores Souvenir Booth.
Saturday, May 3 has also been designated as Little League Day. Starting at 10 am Saturday morning, the East Carolina baseball team will host a little league clinic at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium. The clinic will be open to all children 12 years and younger. Parents will be invited to stay during the clinic and watch from the grand stands area. Also, all the participants will be invited back for the Saturday afternoon game against the Blazers at 3 p.m., free of charge and will have the chance to run out on the field with their favorite player. Parent admission for Saturday afternoon's game is $3.
