
CBSC Broadcast of Saturday's Doubleheader Available Online

East Carolina University and CBS College Sports Network have announced that both games in Saturday's baseball doubleheader (4 p.m. and 8 p.m. ET) between two of the elite teams in Conference USA, the 24th-ranked Pirates (30-12, 10-5 C-USA) and Southern Miss (25-15, 9-6), will be available live and on-demand around the world via Internet video streaming as part of special online events. ECU and the Golden Eagles enter the weekend sitting second and third, respectively - behind only No. 2 Rice - in the league standings.
Current annual subscribers to Pirates All-Access will receive both broadcasts for FREE as part of their annual package. Those subscribers can just log in with their Pirates All-Access account and begin watching the games. All others can access the live video streams for a payment of $7.95 per game. Please note that monthly subscribers will have to purchase the pay-per-views.
The games also will be broadcast nationally on CBS College Sports Network, which is channel 255 on Suddenlink and channel 93 on NTC Communications in the Greenville area, as well as channel 613 on DirecTV and channel 152 on Dish Network/Echostar. The online video streams of the broadcasts also will be free for current annual subscribers to Southern Miss All-Access and to current annual subscribers to CBS College Sports XXL - which gives fans additional access to content from schools in the CBS Interactive network across a variety of sports. The broadcast will be just one of the hundreds of events to be offered on a pay-per-view basis by CBS College Sports Network during the 2008-09 school year. Annual subscriptions to Pirates All-Access are $79.95 for a 12-month period. Fans who wish to purchase an Annual subscription to Pirates All-Access can do so by clicking here. Annual subscribers receive all CBS College Sports pay-per-view broadcasts for free as part of their subscription. Every game in the upcoming Conference USA Baseball Championship will be a pay-per-view, meaning that Pirates All-Access annual subscribers will be able to watch all ECU games in that tournament for free.
