
Baseball Season Tickets On Sale

GREENVILLE, N.C. - Season tickets are now on sale for the 2011 East Carolina baseball season on www.ECUPirates.com and at the ECU Athletics Ticket Office.
Season ticket prices for the full 34-game schedule are $175, while family plans are $450 and Young Graduate season tickets are $100. Single-game tickets will go on sale to the public Tuesday, February 1.
The home schedule at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium, which is highlighted by the Eighth-Annual Keith LeClair Classic, also features three-game series with Pepperdine (Mar. 4-6), preseason No. 21 Rice (Apr. 8-10), UCF (Apr. 15-17) and Southern Miss (Apr. 29-May 1).
ECU will also have midweek contests against in-state rivals High Point (Mar. 9), Elon (Mar. 30), UNC Wilmington (Apr. 19) and North Carolina (Apr. 27).
The Pirates, who have made 10 NCAA Regional appearances in the last 12 seasons, return 23 letterwinners including 2010 Conference USA Pitcher-of-the-Year and three-time first-team selection Seth Maness. Joining Maness are all-league performers Zach Woods (2010 Newcomer-of-the-Year/2nd-team), Brad Mincey (2nd-team/ '09), Corey Thompson (2nd-team/ '10), Trent Whitehead (1st-team/ '09) and John Wooten (freshman team/ '10).
Also stepping onto the diamond are 12 new faces, which consist of junior college transfers Michael Ussery (Ohlone) and Timothy Younger (St. Petersburg), as well as 11 true freshmen: Austin Blake, Austin Chrismon, Will Connerley, Ben Fultz, Jonathan Holt, Joshua Lovick, Chase McDonald, Jack Reinheimer, Drew Reynolds and Dario Santangelo.
