GREENVILLE, N.C. - East Carolina officials have announced that the non-conference series between East Carolina and Pepperdine scheduled for this weekend at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium has been altered due to potential inclement weather in the area.
The Pirates (5-2) and Waves (4-4) will play a doubleheader Saturday with game one starting at 2 p.m. and the second contest to follow approximately one hour after the completion of the opener. Friday afternoon's game is still scheduled for a 5 p.m. first pitch.
Individuals that purchased Saturday game ticket(s) will be able to use those for entry into both games of the doubleheader. Tickets can be purchased in advance on line at ECUPirates.com or at the Clark-LeClair Ticket Office starting at noon Saturday.
Revised Schedule:
Game 1: Friday, March 4 (5 p.m.)
Game 2: Saturday, March 5 (2 p.m.)
Game 3: Saturday, March 5 (approximately one hour after the conclusion of the first)
