East Carolina-Elon Series Finale Cancelled

GREENVILLE, N.C. – The final installment of a three-game series between the East Carolina and Elon softball teams scheduled for 1 p.m., on Saturday afternoon at the ECU Softball Stadium has been rained out. A make-up date has not been scheduled.
The Pirates swept Friday’s doubleheader by winning game one, 4-2, before shutting out the Phoenix, 6-0, in game two.
ECU will return to Conference USA action when it travels to Ruston, La., for a three-game series against Louisiana Tech next Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27.
