ECU Cheerleading Squads Announced

The East Carolina University Department of Athletics is proud to reveal the names of the young women and men who will make up the 2015- 2016 ECU Cheerleading squads. The final roster was determined following try-outs, which were held May 15-17.
"We had a great turn out with very competitive skills participating in tryouts this year," head coach Susie Glynn said. The group selected will definitely add to the excitement in Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium Minges Coliseum. I am excited to spend the 2015-16 seasons with these amazing athletes."
The 2015-16 ECU Cheerleading Team is divided into two squads: co-ed and all girls. Earning a spot on the all-girls squad was: Maddy Atkins (Raleigh), Madison Cheek (Shelby), Cameron Davis (Shelby), Kaitlyn Denby (Currituck), Lauren Hicks (Pfafftown). Chelsea Howard (Havelock), Kiera Howard (Pottstown), Makayla Jenkins (Hampstead), Virginia Jernigan (Wake Forest), Taylor Kulttz (Kannapolis), Lachyna Locklear (Charlotte), Jessica Neville (Roanoke Rapids), Raashauna Payne (Winston-Salem), Anna Pierce (Goldsboro), Katelyn Pruett (Apex), Alexa Richardson (Davidson), Kaila Robinson (Locust), Sarah Schindler (Raleigh), Aryana Tillman (Waxhaw), Skye Underwood (Camden), Madison Widenhouse (Monroe) and Jade Woodard (Pikeville).
The co-ed squad is comprised of: Christian Bennett (Greensboro), Brittney Coggins (Winterville), Cameron Coleman (Mocksville), Mollie Edick (Suffolk, Va.), Akira Feliciano (Carrollton, Va.), Morgan Ferguson (Winterville), Casey Giblin (Morehead City), Taylor Hummel (Apex), Michael King (Raleigh), Brandon Little (Raleigh), Madi Lubbehusen (Sims), Derrick McCarter (Garner), Holly Melton (Charlotte), Erin Blaire Reynolds (Cherryville), Kysheim Robinson (Riegelwood), Brittany Ruggeri (Mt. Pleasant, Pa.), Ryan Smith (Rocky Point), Alaric Spencer (Charlotte), Kameron Spillman (Mocksville), Danielle Whiddon (Havelock) and Ronnie Wilson (Vanceboro).
