ECU To Hold Selection Show Watch Party At Mellow Mushroom

CLEARWATER, Fla. – The East Carolina Baseball team will host a NCAA Regional Selection Show Watch Party at Mellow Mushroom (located on Greenville Blvd.) on Monday, May 30 at 12 noon (ET) second-year head coach Cliff Godwin announced Tuesday afternoon.
The Watch Party will be held in the outdoor patio area (weather permitting) and Pirate fans are encouraged to arrive at 11:30 a.m. (ET) to greet the team.
ECU (34-19-1), who is the No. 2 seed in the 2016 American Athletic Conference Baseball Championships, will start its title defense on Wednesday, May 25 at 11 a.m. (ET) when they square off against No. 7 seed USF (23-31).
The Pirates will look to make their 28th NCAA Regional appearance and second-straight under Godwin when the NCAA Division I Baseball Championships Selection Show reveals the field of 64 live on ESPNU starting at 12 noon (ET).
