NORFOLK, Va. — The ECU men and women's swimming and diving teams swept a dual meet from Old Dominion Saturday at the JC Scrap Chandler Pool. The men posted a 163.5-136.5 victory while the women recorded a 179-116 triumph. The Pirates claimed first-place in 22 of 32 events, including 14 of 16 on the women's side.

- Senior Vendela Norrman set the pool record in the 200 breaststroke with an NCAA B qualifying time of 2:15.85.
- Senior Alicia Roueche posted an NCAA Zone qualifying score of 348.70 on the 3-meter springboard, setting a pool record. She also captured first-place on the 1-meter springboard.
- Sophomore Magnus Andersen recorded three first-place finishes, winning the 200 freestyle (1:43.12), 200 backstroke (1:51.85) and 200 IM (1:53.85).
- Sophomore Kaitlyn Hauser (500 freestyle, 1000 freestyle), senior Julie Lajoie (100 fly, 200 fly) and senior Tori Angermeier (100 freestyle, 200 IM) each posted multi-event wins.
- Additional ECU single events winners were: Stefanie Scherwitzel (women's 200 freestyle), Logan Graumann (women's 100 backstroke), Catherine Johnson (women's 50 freestyle), Boleck De Pawlikowski (men's 100 backstroke), Victor Santos (men's 50 freestyle) and Matt Mullen (men's 1-meter diving).
- The Pirates captured first-place in all four relays events.
