ECU (13-3), Xavier (2-9)
Coach's Quote:
"Xavier got off to hot start against us. I think they just played better in the doubles then we did. Our guys did a great job of staying on course and keeping their composure, which helped us play really well in singles. I'm happy for Freddie McGeehan today; he has not played his best as of late, but has been hanging in there and found a way to get the win." – ECU Head Coach Shawn Heinchon
